T-Solutions is continually assessing to ensure high-quality workmanship is provided for every task performed. We use an ISO 9001-2015 certified process to confirm that quality control management is bid into and used throughout the cradle-to-grave task-order process. Our process is responsive and accountable due to:
- Thorough analysis of the scope of work to identify specific quality control requirements
- Monthly In-Process Reviews of the financial and operational status of each task order
- Customer inquiries are answered within two business days
- Processes are documented, institutionalized, and each project manager is held accountable for ensuring the highest level of implementation possible
